The wheat flour pancakes do not come out so fluffy and soft like buckwheat. In addition, buckwheat pancakes have a distinctly delicious sour –sweet taste. Pancakes are not only a delicious and satiating meal, but it is also an entire ritual that families of Dzukija region save from recipe to serving. The most delicious pancakes are baked from grounded buckwheat and are eaten hot directly from the baking tin.

You will need

3 glasses of - buckwheat flour
3 glasses of - milk
1 glass of - sour milk
1 - egg
- salt
- fat

Dish cooking

Mix buckwheat flour with salt, add milk and mix well. Add 1 glass of sour milk to the resulting mass and stir. Then add 1 egg and mix it again.

Heat the frying pan with a bit of fat, add one tablespoon of the mixture and bake it until it is beautifully browned. Serve it with sour cream and the desired jam.
